• Order data: what you enter yourself in the quote, technician and application forms, such as name, mobile number, city, machine type, part numbers and machine location.
• WhatsApp conversations: when you send a request you move to WhatsApp, and we receive your message and mobile number.
• Technical data: such as browser type and pages visited, to improve the website.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your request, quote parts and arrange a technician.
• To contact you about your order.
• To improve the website and service.

3. Sharing data

We do not sell your data. We share it only when needed to fulfil your order, such as with the assigned technician, the shipping company or the payment provider, or when required by an official authority under Saudi law.

4. Data protection

We use trusted hosting with encrypted connections, store order data inside Saudi Arabia, and keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
