Submitting a quote request is not a binding purchase order. Price, availability, lead time and part type (genuine or aftermarket) are stated in the quotation, and the order is confirmed after your approval and payment.

Prices are in Saudi riyals, and the quotation shows the price before and after VAT. Available payment methods: mada, Visa, Tabby, Tamara, Bank transfer. Instalment services (Tabby and Tamara) are subject to the provider's terms.

4. Delivery

We deliver parts across all regions of Saudi Arabia. Delivery time varies by city and part availability and is stated in the quotation.

5. Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange terms depend on the part type and are explained before purchase. Contact us before buying if you have any question.

6. Technician service

The cost of a technician visit is confirmed with you before the visit, and no payment is taken before your approval.
